  • Handle Smoothies, Coffee, Ice Cream and Bake Goods with total respect and care.

  • Monitor and restock items, make certain they are always perfectly neat.

  • Have impeccably neat uniforms, tables and welcome areas.
  • Offer a sincere, personal welcome to every guest entering the restaurant.

  • Anticipate the guest's needs and react before they need to ask.
  • Create great memories for clients.

  • Food Service background / experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent people skills.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time.
  • Must know safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.

Manager Duties

The successful candidate is required to accomplish F&B objectives by contributing to strategic planning and review processes; implementing production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining and implementing systems improvements.

  • Possess extensive knowledge of food quality.
  • Performs cost control functions by reviewing portion and quantities of food preparation.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by developing and managing departmental budgets and processes; effectively forecasting labor and expenses, analyzing variances; initiating necessary corrective actions.
  • Accomplishes staffing objectives by successfully recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff.
  • Successfully manages F&B staff with ability to schedule work shifts, rest periods and meal breaks.
  • Fosters teamwork and possesses effective working knowledge of conflict resolution.
  • Must consistently display a professional and sophisticated presence.
  • Must be highly organized with astute attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated with high energy level.
  • Must be service oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must have the ability to input data and access information on the computer.
